NEAL

Nobody spells it right. My first wife ordered wedding invitations and spelled my middle name Neil. The invitations had to be reordered. I suppose it was my fault somehow, though I didn’t pick the name for myself. I don’t even know anybody named Neal. Not that it mattered in the long run. She dumped me after 16 years. My middle name may as well have been Dick.
